Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you must do so by sending us an email to info@tontineironbridge.com and obtain a cancellation confirmation by email receipt.

Amendments to your booking must be made by at  least 5 days ahead of the arrival date to avoid a full accommodation balance charge inclusive of VAT.

A full accommodation balance charge inclusive of VAT will be made to the card details provided at the time of your Booking.

Refunds are not normally given less than 28 days prior to cancelling your accommodation.  However, we can provide refunds under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the owners.

Our Group booking cancellation policy (5 rooms or more) operates as above but at 28 days prior to your arrival date. 

All cancellations must be received in writing by email.
